Space Selection refers to selecting your organization's exhibit booth space for SHSMD Connections 2025, which will take place October 12-15, 2025, in Dallas, TX, before it is open to the public. This process includes a representative of your company being sent a Space Selection appointment time (either Monday, October 14 or Tuesday, October 15) where they will join members of SHSMD's sales team in the SHSMD Show Management office (booth 513) who will work with them to choose your ideal booth space for SHSMD Connections 2025 by looking at a live floor plan of the exhibit hall.

SHSMD utilizes a priority point system to assign exhibit space and appointment times. For more information, please see the 2025 Rules & Regulations.

SHSMD Show Management will distribute an official exhibit booth confirmation for your selected exhibit space the week of October 14, 2024. 

Payment is not required when submitting your SHSMD Connections 2025 Exhibit contract. An invoice will be sent to the primary/billing contact listed on the contract in December 2024, with net 30 payment terms. Review the 2025 Rules & Regulations for the payment terms and policy
