The Expo Group is the official general services contractor for the SHSMD Connections. The Expo Group will distribute the Exhibitor Service Manual to the primary contact on file with SHSMD Show Management in 2025.

Exhibitor Registration is now open!
Exhibitor Housing
A block of hotel rooms is available to all registrants at a discounted rate. You must first complete exhibitor registration for the conference to reserve housing for the conference. The link to book your accommodation will only be included in your registration confirmation.
Conference Agenda
The SHSMD Connections 2025 conference agenda will be available in 2025.
Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval licenses will be available for purchase via the Exhibitor Portal. Your company’s primary contact can purchase licenses, assign licenses, and review/export leads in real time during the conference.

Additional Solution Center Badges
Exhibitors are provided (2) complimentary full conference Solution Center badges per 10x10 booth.
See below for the badge allotment per booth square footage:
- 100 sq. ft. Two (2) Full Conference
- 200 sq. ft. Four (4) Full Conference
- 300 sq. ft. Six (6) Full Conference
- 400+ sq. ft. Eight+ (8+) Full Conference
